MicroDrama AI is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using this service you agree to these terms.

The service

MicroDrama AI turns an idea or a script into a short AI-generated drama video using an automated multi-agent pipeline (story development, character design, storyboarding, frame and video generation) powered by MuAPI. All output is generated by artificial intelligence; it may contain inaccuracies or artifacts, and you are responsible for reviewing anything you publish or distribute.

Your content and generated videos

You keep ownership of the ideas and scripts you submit, and you grant us the limited rights needed to process them to run the pipeline. Subject to these terms and to the terms of the underlying AI providers, you may use the videos generated for you for your own personal or commercial projects. You are responsible for making sure your inputs and your use of generated videos do not infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that impersonates real people without their consent. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may refuse or stop any generation that violates these terms.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generation times and results vary, and we may change or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
